TFH Initiative Flagship Project


Healing Homes Consulting (HHC) is leading Missouri’s first optimized Treatment Family Home (TFH) expansion project in partnership with pilot community mental health agencies. Through our proprietary Healing Homes Model, we have enhanced the traditional TFH program into a turnkey, fast-track solution that takes agencies from infrastructure buildout and compliance, through recruiting and training, all the way to launch.

Our goal is clear: to expand Missouri’s capacity to serve youth with complex needs by strengthening family-centered, community-based care options. Projections show this initiative could offset more than 500 placements per year once fully implemented.

With over 18 years of field-tested expertise, HHC delivers a plug-and-play model tailored to each agency’s regulatory, operational, and cultural needs.
